Park City adopted Ordinance 2025-11, which (among other amendments) requires nightly rental agreements to include language limiting the number of vehicles to the available on-site parking spaces. The ordinance was discussed at Planning Commission on March 26 and April 23, 2025, before City Council adoption on June 5.
